Waggy Daddys LLC offers a variety of mobile pet care services. These include pet grooming, poop pickup, daycare transport, pet taxi service, and dog walking. One of our signature features is our neighborhood discounts and community relief offerings, especially for families in crisis.
We are based in St. Louis, MO (63113) and primarily serve local families and neighbors. However, we are flexible and can extend our services on a case-by-case basis.
My name is Murphy. I’m a Midwest kid who grew up rooting for the underdog. I was the kid feeding strays, raising tadpoles in the backyard, and keeping little lizards in my pockets because I couldn’t stand the idea of something so small getting hurt.
I’ve always been a protector, and that’s exactly how I groom.
I started Waggy Daddys because I could no longer stand by and watch dogs be rushed, mishandled, or muzzled in the name of speed and profit. I have worked in grooming shops where pets were treated like units on a conveyor belt instead of living beings deserving patience, safety, and understanding. Once I saw that harm up close, I knew I had to build something different.
Waggy Daddys was born from both conviction and lived experience. As a professional groomer, I have watched how quickly compassion can get pushed aside in high volume environments. I have also seen how much trust pet owners place in the people caring for their animals, and how deeply that trust can be broken when businesses prioritize quotas over well being. I started this company to restore that trust by creating a model centered on humane handling, personalized care, and respect for every pet and person.
My vision is larger than grooming alone. I am building Waggy Daddys as a business that proves that ethical pet care and strong community impact can go hand in hand. I want to create affirming opportunities for workers like me, provide livable wages and free hands on training, and help uplift blue collar labor in an industry where burnout and physical harm are too often treated as part of the job.
Waggy Daddys aims to raise the standard of care in the industry, and show that successful businesses do not have to be built on burnout or harm. Every part of this business is built with the belief that real care matters, for the animals, for the clients, and for the workers doing the job.
